LCMR School District - Bond Referendum Information
VOTE: JANUARY 25TH 2022 | 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
This Referedum will not increase resident tax dollars!
The Board of Education is holding a Referendum, on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, to ask voters to authorize the District to raise funds through the sale of bonds to finance repairs and improvements at both the Middle and High Schools.
RMT MIDDLE SCHOOL
- 72,00 SF of Roof Replacement;
- HVAC Construction including replaced roof-top units in the Kitchen, Media Center, Science and Office areas and new rooftop units in the Gym, replacement of split system unit ventilators in classrooms, and new exhaust fans; and
- Electrical Construction for infrastructure and electrical feeders and panels.
LCMR HIGH SCHOOL
- HVAC Construction including replaced roof-top units in the Cafeteria, Art Room, Wood Shops, Health, Culinary and Offices area and new rooftop units in the Gym, replacement of split system unit ventilators in classrooms, and new exhaust fans; and
- Electrical Construction for infrastructure, feeders and panels.
This “Building Excellence” proposal meets the aspirations of the community and the environmental needs of our students. This program of building improvements has a positive impact at each grade level, will protect our school investments, insure our high academic standing for years to come.

Polling Locations
The polling place for Cape May voters from all districts will be Cape May Star of the Sea Parish Hall. The polling places for Lower Township and West Cape May voters remain the same.
