Students enrolled in the Culinary Arts program at Lower Cape May Regional High School (LCMR) participated in the annual Jeff Michner Foundation event, held at the Stone Harbor Golf Club, gaining valuable hands-on experience while supporting a meaningful community initiative.
The Jeff Michner Foundation was established in memory of Jeff Michner, who passed away unexpectedly in 2018 at the age of 36. The foundation works to preserve his legacy through community support, assistance for families experiencing loss and grief, and scholarships for high school graduates pursuing their interests in cooking and golf.
By participating in this annual event, LCMR culinary students experienced firsthand how the culinary profession can bring people together, support important causes, and make a positive difference in the community.
