Welcome to LCMR Strength

About

LCMR Strength is a strength & conditioning program designed to create a bigger, faster, stronger athlete. The program focuses on the following: Flexibility, Speed, Explosion, Power, Strength and Conditioning. An Explosive Athlete dominates the competition with explosive max-effort bursts, often 5-10 seconds of power, followed by an extended rest period. Explosive Athletes are relentless, and conditioned to go "all out" while recovering quickly enough to do it again, and again, and again. Explosive Athletes are strong, fast, powerful, well-conditioned, and armored from injury. LCMR Strength uses 2 programs customized for either explosive or dynamic athletes. The decision as to which program to follow will depend on the athlete and the sport in focus.
